The idea

Some work needs noise. Ours doesn't.

OHA is a place for the work that matters: the hard problem, the chapter, the product, the plan that never fits between notifications.

We are building it in Amed, next to Melasti Beach, a few steps from the sea, with Mount Agung on the horizon. Here the day starts with the sea, not with the inbox. The desk is ready, the connection is fast, the cabin door closes.

Focus is a practice, so we give it structure: quiet hours, rooms made for one task, and a community that respects both. When the work is done, the ocean takes over. A swim in the sea, a coconut on the terrace, the sun going down behind the volcano.

Work deep. Live slow. Recover by the sea.

One campus, three rhythms

Work. Live. Recover.

Everything you need for a long, focused stay sits on one campus, so the day has no commute and no friction. Wellbeing here is not a retreat; it is how you keep working well.

A day at OHA

The sea first, then the inbox.

No schedule is imposed. This is simply what a good day tends to look like when everything is a short walk away.

  1. Sunrise over the sea. Coffee on the terrace.
  2. A swim before anyone writes to you.
  3. First deep work block. Cabin door closed.
  4. Lunch from the café or a local kitchen, with people building interesting things.
  5. Calls in the booths. Fast fiber, no echo.
  6. Jacuzzi and solarium. Ideas tend to arrive here.
  7. The sun goes down behind Agung.
  8. Stars over the rice fields. Tomorrow starts early.

Why Amed

Bali's quiet northeast.

While the south of the island speeds up, Amed keeps the pace of a fishing village: black sand beaches, clear water, temples and Mount Agung always in view.

It is the kind of place where the days are long and the evenings are short, which is exactly what deep work needs.
